Well, I see this Zouk announcement rather unexpected because I thought MGM pocket are deep. But... it seems that Shanghai guys are going full-steam.
Honestly, Hakkasan has very good position on the Strip and Zouk will be a bit far away but it might be worth it.

Well, I am really curious what dates are they going to pull up - but apparently US is ready to rock this summer already, so my guess is for the first gigs to happen around July-August.
California wants to be fully opened on mid-June, so Nevada might follow

From a calendaristic perspective I should be (60%) attending the Electric Zoo, but looking at the news, it looks unlikely for New York to re-open for the next several months.
