2000-2002 is peak Tiesto by far, with 2002 the shining crown. I like his mid 90s and 2006-2008 for different reasons as well, but that period is simply a man at the top of his game while having international appeal and cutting edge pumping music.

You can tell that when in the booklet of ISOS 3 he's complaining of "rarely finding good underground trance music these days".

You can say that again, that period really is the pinnacle of trance. Post '02/'03 it went downhill pretty quickly, also due to the rise of mr. T himself.

OMG, i am pretty happy to read these comments, on debating whether to start this rework, i was having 2 thoughts - up to 2003 is gonna be real fun to revisit all this stuffs... then hmm 2004-9 is gonna be quite a grind, but lets see how it goes Laughing
