He’s playing in Philadelphia in september, 1 hour drive from me, but it’s one of those run of the mill pop-edm festivals and most likely it’s gonna be a 1 hour set. Meh

yeah, it's difficult to predict which of these gigs is going to get special treatment.

still in two minds about Duplex Prague.. could be crazy good.. but also very commercial.

AI says expected 75 minutes hahahaha based on the festival history’s timeslots. Recommended to wait closer to the event when they announce the timetable. If it’s at least 2 hours and tickets still available, I might go. Checked on Maps app, it’s a very chill drive and location outside of town. We’ll see.

Been a long time since I contributed to the tracklists Very Happy

Has he done “just” a commercial 1h set in 2026? I have the feeling it’s been always at least 2h. (honest question)

I’d take the ‘risk’ if I were both of you tbh Very Happy

A few times in shorter sets the regular Festival medley section has been used.. you know, WOW, Split, Secrets, etc...

That’s my hesitation with seeing him live in the states. He’s mostly been playing festivals only. And I only care to see him, and crowds seem to be younger and more immature at festivals. I’m waiting for his album world tour and will see him then when it’s just him and an opening act or two.

yeah, so, gave it a couple of listens...

Shocked Shocked

this is as close or even spot on T. in memory as we are going to get. trackselection, flow, happiness, it's all there, even the non fitting flight/forever today transition.

i wonder, will the current generation think of the T from '26 like we did years later the T from the '00... Wink Very Happy .

great job T, still the very best who's ever done it.

FWIW in the recent interview he did with Resident Advisor he mentioned wanting to do longer sets, and that seems more "possible" now since he's effectively self-managing now.

We may be different ages (I'm now 45) but I felt this way all the way back in 2011 when I saw Ferry at Ultra (kids wearing wings, people bumping into and sweating on me, no bathrooms easily accessible). HAHA. Get off my lawn! (Clint Eastwood reference).
